Game crashing on load

Good morning, bought the game 10 days ago and I can't get past the loading screen. I can't find a log with an error and the game just hard locks up and stops responding about 20% into loading. Any suggestions? i5, 16 gigs, 970

Just wait and it will load. The game currently becomes unresponsive for a bit during the initial load, but it is still loading.

Me too. Crashed while loading, going back to Windows. I tried to re-install, but same issue.

Start the game, and just wait. On first load, on some systems, this can take several minutes. Don't click (if you click while it is unresponsive, then Windows throws a fit). It should load.

hello same problem i dont know waht to do there is this "the global save file data for this game has been modified or is corrupted" the i have 2 option reset save file or exit game but nothnig function .with the first the game crash with the second yuo exit from game

@Brynnvincible without clicking while loading there is this window popping up with the gloomhaven logo with an exclamation mark and a loading bar. Window title: Gloomhaven - Unity 2019.4.8f1_60781d942082 on other forums people recommended to uninstall Citrix but i dont have it on my laptop. Do you maybe have other suggestions to get this cleared? Looking forwar to play the game...
