Level increases their damage, HP, movement and sometimes bonuseffects. Like for example, skeletons don't have shield at level 0 if I remember it correclty, but get one on higher levels.
E.g. For example I have a 2 character party - one is level 4, and one is level 5 character.. In the board game I would play scenario level 3 (average level is 4.5, div by 2 = 2.25, then round up)... The game shows me a level 3 party... Which I assume means it's following the same rules.
BUT The next scenario in my "3 green skull" road trip is marked with "2 red skulls".
What am I meant to understand by this? Is the next mission easy (as only 2 skulls vs. party level of 3) or should it be difficult (as skulls are red)?
Do you exist just to annoy people with broken English?
