Whack - a- Penguin

I have played this penguin mini-game game for hours and have had no luck completing it. Am i missing something? Hit penguins, avoid bombs? I just can't seem to get a high enough score to complete this. Any tips? This is the last mini-game for me so it's making me a bit crazy. HELP

You have to hit 40 without losing a life or 90 without using all your three lives. Stick with it...the payoff of the park at night is stunning....

This activity is just not fun anymore. I am playing on the oculus version. I count as I whack and swear I have gotten 40 but have never gotten a star. Based on this thread an others I have seen this is pretty much the road block for some. The problem here is that after a dozen attempts I just don't feel any urgency to keep trying just to get to night mode.

I feel your penguin pain! Lol. After a game update I was able to complete the mini-game. I have no idea why this worked as the update did not mention anything about fixing a penguin issue. If you are like me and just can’t see why you reasonably can’t pass that I would try uninstalling and reinstalling. It might help. It’s probably the penguins fault.

After all the penguin time night mode was underwhelming but it was nice to complete the game and I really got my money’s worth of play time.

The breakout game, i really wish that was a full game with leaderboards.
