play local? Remote play?

I bought the game thinking it would be playable locally with the same PC. I invited a friend with remote play. We just control 1 character, me with the joystick, he with the keyboard and mouse. How do we solve this? Ho do we add a third player with joystic?

Hey Pau_wolf! First of all, thanks for the support with buying the game.

In regards to your issue, the game currently uses the first Gamepad connected to the PC to control player 1.

I will be adding a new setting in the menu in the next patch to allow you to skip this, so that the first gamepad will instead be controlling player, allowing player 1 to use the mouse and keyboard exclusively.

In relation to the third player, they will just need to be using another gamepad.

I just tested it and this feature should be out in the next build which will release within the next 24 hours.

Keep in mind we will be releasing a "Core Version" for free tomorrow, so if you don't want to mess around with these inputs, your friends will be able to play in an online game rather than connecting to a locally hosted "Remote Play" match. ;)

Maybe i should use a expensive joystick? It seems the game does not recognize a less famous trademark. Only the joystick i bought in a famous shop Is recognized

Oh, interesting. Could you please provide me with some more details about the joysticks you are using?

I bought It in Amazon years ago... Its name Is shun jyo, if I Remember well. Also i use a joystick made in China. Maybe I Need an emulator for joystick?

only with rocket league, overcooked and something else I don't remember

Btw with the new version (00.02.00) you can go to controls>gamepad>Assign First Gamepad to Player 2.

This will allow player 1 to use the keyboard and mouse with player 2 using a gamepad.
