The game crashes when I draw a road on 2nd floor

I have some progress in the game. But after some pause I want to play it again. Steam offer to update the game. After update the game starts ok. I can open a new cell and build roads on the ground. Or can open aleady complete cells and edit roads or reset to the best layout. I can even click the rump button. The tool icon changes to the icon of the 2nd floor. But as soon as I draw and road on the second floor the games crashes.
I'm sad.
Has some one meet the same issue?

Btw, it does not crash if sound is muted
