It is not as simple as 5 circles. You have to draw them smoothly without using too much concrete. If the circles as slightly too large or small the traffic can jam or progress slowly. Do not overlap concrete when drawing. Use just enough to connect and stop drawing or it reduces your efficiency factor. Keep trying - there is a bit of luck to getting the circles the right size and smoothly drawn. Posting here as it ranks highest when searching.
