Well it's what happens when you buy out a company for too much money. Everyone who works there can afford to quit and pursue whatever it was they really wanted to be working on. Very often the case with these EA closures is that they were long since zombie studios, abandoned by their founding members and creative teams. I'm not sure this is what happened with PopCap, but I wouldn't bet money against it.

All 3 founders left PopCap. The original people (Kapalka, Vechey, and Fiete) have all moved on to different things. It's been that way for a few years now.

So yeah. EA did it again. Another one bites the dust, as they say.

I think Bejeweled 4 would have the 8 game modes from Bejeweled 3, new music, new sounds, 4 new modes with fancy features, and new badges. I also think quest mode will have easy, somewhat easy, medium, hard, and ultra hard modes with 40 quests in each mode. Another thing that I think is you will start on easy and move up to ultra hard as you go too.
