Oh my gosh...I cannot get past scoring 4000 points. And I can't advance in the quest. I am so stuck. I'm just venting. Thanks for listening.

It's definitely possible to get past this. If I can do it, anybody can. But some of the later Quests are definitely frustrating. Just keep going at it, unless you're like some brain surgeon, airline pilot in-flight, or president of a big country, in which case you can get back to it after you put in some time at the office.

Hehe...your comment made me giggle. Thanks! I would thumbs up it but I'm not seeing how to do that. It is frustrating though...I can get up to 3900...but it's just that last little bit. But I'm also not sitting here playing it for 5 hours straight. But thank you for the encouragement.

A couple of big hands will push you past 4000. If you don't get big hands early, though, you could quit and start over. Just with playing Poker, you have to be tactical as to what sorts of hands you build, so that you sacrifice taking poorer hands now to get big hands in the future. But Level 3 won't let you make many of those sacrifices, so you kind of have to get the big hands at the outset, which can boil down to dumb luck.

Hahahaha....I'm not a 'quit and start over' kinda person, so even though I know I'm not going to make it, I play to the end anyway, it never occurred to me to not....which makes gameplay reeeeeeeeeeeeeally long. I think just this once I'll let myself start over. Maybe I'll have hair left.

I don't get it. What do I do to score big in poker? I can't get past about 4k either.
What in addition to the hands scores big because I've done some star and flame combos while finishing a hand that just don't seem to add very much to the score. I even got the annihilator badge and only got a fwe hundred points for clearnin the whole board.
I'm not too hip on the idea that it's all just luck so you can get a bunch of flushes.

I just tried to plot 5 moves ahead....and tried to make sure that I had enough possible moves to make the full houses, and flushes. i think hypercubes give you the most extra points. But if I didn't get 3 flushes in the first 5 hands or so, I started over, but that's just for the quest, since they only give you 10 hands. Playing poker as the mini game you have an indefinate amount of hands and only have to worry about the skull thing. If you've gotten to 4k then you've done the quest. Other than trying to plan ahead for moves, it is kinda just luck since the gems fall randomly.

I see. No poker on last quest stage. I was pre-complaining... :)
I can do well enough in the secret games it was those quest modes that were giving me trouble. It's really all just luck...

I guess I'm just lost then... I was under the impression that I would have to play one more game to 5k when I first posted. Considering a flush is 350 I was kinda freakin out lol

loll nope 4000 is the last lvl....I thought there was a page after too, was kinda disappointed when i finished the 4000poker cause that ended my quest...:( now just working on the badges.

I spammed restart til I opened with a flush and just went from there.

Mostly worried about getting the bonus from matching 4+ gems rather than perfect hands, also getting a ton of entropy going so the gems reset, if you say match a hand of Orange, there's going to probably be little to no orange left, so it ups your chance of getting the other colors, if you can nearly clear the board, then you can get better luck with whats left.

It took me maybe a half dozen tries including restarts before I got it, I find it easier than the other games because it has no speed requirements.
