cannot turn on 3d acceleration

I have tried this method

and some of methods similar to method above but all not work
(I7-1165G7 Intel iris Xe)

Are they have another method to fix this?

i came across an unofficial patch, which involves replacing the .exe file with a patched version
Search on google for "popcap patches"
the github one is the one you want
be sure to read the instructions in the readme file

The point of buying it from steam is to plug and play, without the hassle of searching files to patch it. Otherwise i could have downloaded it from thousands of websites. Isnt there a place where we could report it to popcap or to steam that they provide a broken game?

Well, after doing numerous fixes (and all of them being complete failures), the ONLY fix that worked for my HP Windows 10 is to turn your display resolution on your computer to the lowest settings BEFORE you launch the game.

Have fun playing the game (even though the graphics suck).

Google "Bejeweled Series Patches". It should be the first result from pcgamingwiki. Worked for me.

if you are on a laptop try connecting an external monitor to it (via hdmi or usb-c or DisplayPort whatever) in most cases it works.
