Full Screen No Longer Works
Game has been working fine, until it suddenly stopped opening in full screen. It opens in a very small window, and if I select the full screen option in the settings it just jacks up the resolution (and still isn't full screen)! I can't seem to find any information online that helps with my issue. Has anyone else had this problem?

I finally found a way to get 3D Acceleration enabled on windows 10 with newer GPU's.

right-click the game in your games library go to game properties the local files then click on browse local files, when windows explorer opens right click on bejewled3.exe and click on properties, go to the compatibility taband use the following options;

set the compatibility mode to windows 7, disable full-screen optimizations, run as administrator. now when you start bejeweled 3 you should get al the options wortking again

Thanks for this. It kind of worked. I can't uncheck full screen and I can't get full screen but I'm getting it at about half the screen. Kinda looks like the original Bejeweled on an old crappy monitor from 15 years ago. But I can see it, and if I can see it I can waste mindless hours playing with it. If this is the best I can get I'll take it!

Here's the solution :steamthumbsup:

Right-click the game's 'Bejeweled3.exe' file, select 'Properties', select the 'Compatibility' tab, select 'Disable fullscreen optimizations', select 'Apply', select 'Okay', start the game and see if fullscreen works now. No other changes or settings were necessary for me. This worked for me when the game's fullscreen stopped working after the first run.

Congratulations, that probably solved the issue. :resmile:

I am running W10 on a nearly max-spec computer that runs Wallpaper Engine in the background, all on an ultrawide monitor.

The downside is if you have an ultrawide monitor like I do, this will stretch everything across it which I can personally tolerate but others may not (great game design devs :zaglol:). If you have a 'super ultrawide', I recommend running this on a smaller monitor, running it windowed, or giving up as it will likely be too stretched to tolerate.
