Is there any new (stable) way to disable radiation?

I've been wanting to play this game again for a while but the last time I tried to disable radiation it didn't quite work right and caused crashes/bugs since it was using a Cheat Engine table others had recommended.

Has there been any new 'stable' methods made to do this? Or any new changes?

IDK about disable, but isn't there an option in the startup or w/e where you can turn it down really, really low?

I mean Easy mode doubles it, but it still means you end up with only a few hours or so on your run.

I like to 'drink' the game in gracefully and at my own pace to an extent.

I'd like to play this game for the first time. And I want to find ways to disable the time limit as well.

its why Warzone2100 was a failure too.

Yeah this is what kills the game for me, timers on your whole play just aren't fun.

I'd still be highly appreciative of this option if it's ever added. It wouldn't need to be a mandatory change, after all - just a checkbox that disables radiation and also disables scoring, so you can just chill if scoring isn't what matters to you.

It's the most disappointing thing about this game overall, because it feels like I can't take my time exploring the planet or organizing my loot because there's an invisible timer ticking behind me at every turn.

Would really love to play this one again but the timer kind of ruined it for me too. Any chance of a toggle for the rads?

Here's a trainer for making the autodoc be MaxiDoc. It'll completely heal you every time you use the autodoc. Caveat: your computer will scream that this file is a virus, because it's a CheatEngine trainer. YMMV, I'm not responsible, etc... etc...
