They'll be in the game install directory under Saves/

You can find the game install directory by rightclicking the game in steam, picking Properties, Local Files, then Browse Local Files.

Each save will generate it's own directory of a name format like Scav-01.save - they get cleaned up (deleted) when you finish or abandon a run.
