Graphical glitch/flickering UI elements when graphics are set to anything above low

Some of the UI elements (like those little green markers showing each unit, and the white rectangles when you drag a unit across the battlefield) don't work properly for me and they flicker/not show at all, as shown in the video below.

Playing the game in full screen and restarting the game seems to fix it sometimes.

I am on an RTX 5080 and R7 9800x3d so it's probably not my PC. Tried reinstalling the game and the graphics drivers and neither worked.

Has anyone ever encountered this and know how to fix it? I've searched and I've not seen a single post talking about this.

Edit: These settings seem to have fixed the issue
Shadow detail: Off
Screen space reflections: Off
Depth of field: Off

One had this problem , he just turned off one of special graphical effects in Graphic settings Right hand side list, then problem solved. something to do with 5080.

Tried turning everything off at the right side and it's still not working for me.
Good to know I am not the only person though.

You probably already done that but double check if you disabled integrated graphics and use Nvidia software use auto optimizations see if it works. if still failed maybe just TW games not fully compatible with 5080 card. Also, I've heard from people that 5080 GPU have missing ROP, Nvidia is working on a patch or something.

I have the exact same issue on my 5080 on both 3 Kingdoms and Warhammer 3. The latest drivers appear to have fixed at least the Warhammer for me but 3K still has the same issue. Hope Nvidia fixes it there too.

OH MY GOD I'm very happy that others are having these issues, i was worried my graphics card was kaput. I've got a 5070 and got the exact same problem, has anyone found a working solution to both the green articulating and then the UI elements being invisible?
