Best mods to add generals?

I've downloaded a number of new portrait mods. And most of em reference mods that add tons of generals that the portrait mods are or are not compatible with. Anyone know which of the mods that add new generals are best? Make Them Unique or NGC?

I use Make them Unique and DL few individual character mod that are not in Make them Unique pack.

TUP with the biography mod is really good as it adds new generals and the biography adds their story. there is also a TUP family tree event mod that adds the characters to the right factions that is also good to add.
