Huang Yueying comes of age?

I'm playing on the TUP+TROM mod.

As Liu Bei, I was on the lookout for Huang Yueying to pair her with Zhuge Liang. But I'm never able to get her as she always shows as part of Liu Biao's faction. So in a separate playthrough, I test confederated Liu Biao and Huang Zu, and a few turns later, Huang Yueying "comes of age as a daughter".

Does anyone know who TUP+TROM made her the daughter of?
