help me understand replenishment in enemy territory
I am able to replenish in enemy territory. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Ok, I'm thinking it might be the spring faction concil that you got a temporary replenishment. Try hovering over it to see what's giving you replenishment. It should say.

Can't say for sure, but maybe one of your generals has an ability or item that allows this?

If you play mandate of heaven starting date this happens. You can replenish pretty much everywhere. Some limitations may happen.

Theres no explanations why this happens so surely its bug. Game somehow treats territories still as friendly after empire dissolves and dong zhuo takes over.

Usually happens after mandate war/yellow turban brothers have been eliminated.

Yeah but surely its bug. It wasn't like this at DLC launch if I remember correctly. Kinda game rule breaking that you can siege and replenish at the same time : D

In Mandate of Heaven you can start a feud and still replenish in your target's territory since your both still subjects of the same empire, only other replenishment in enemy territory that I know of is Yuan Shao's captain armoury has an unlock.
