Yuan Tan 194 Issue

So I don't know if anyone has noticed this but Yuan Tan looks 100% incapable of surviving in 194 due to a money problem with him.

I've tried getting a Kong Rong run in 194 and both Shao and Tan just ran from the settlement they are meant to take and then perhaps one or two turns later her was taking attrition damage from no money. So I started Shao 194 and well he did lead the attack on the settlement and took it (I auto resolved because his AI is bonkers dumb that fight) and despite me giving him a trade deal and turning around and taking the Salt mine and giving it to him he STILL had money problems.

I honestly believe the main issue is he can not support the price of the Captain retinue he starts with. Keep in mind I also think that Shao run someone hit him with Faction Council mission that took away his reserves but I was not 100% sure, so the moment kong rong showed up Tan was heading for the hills as all his garrisons (and his army) where taking attrition since like turn two and having public order issues.

There is also Taishan settlement which is now level 4 (so with walls). It wasn't the case before the update, it was level 3 and way easier to attack.

What I did was just confederate him when I noticed he couldn't even afford the stack he has. If you do it early enough you can recover from the trust issue pretty quickly
