Is Mandate of Heaven still broken?

I'd like to play a campaign in MoH, but is it still broken? IE- fervour mechanic

I'm pretty sure they fixed the fervour. Heard there was some other issues with Dong's faction from other discussions but i haven't seen anything myself.

Most of the mods for MoH still refuses to work due to startpos being broken.

Yeah its still broken, most of Liu Hong faction specials do not work(which is very important because he is this dlc special along side yellow turbans), even though they have been reported several times.

Yeah, in my Liu Bei Campaign i fight Zhang Jue early and it just keeps desktop crashing in an ambush battle

As Emperor Liu Hong you have no option to anex factions for faction resources . (it was present in 1.4.0 ppatch, but disapear in 1.5.x)

Liu Hong's annexation is by county, not an annexation of an entire faction like a vassal.
You send an army to whatever county you want and right click on it and select annex.
Works just like Liu Bei or Dong Zhuo taking Han territory.

The Warlord faction resource is flatout broken, and doesn't work, the replenishment, the income, and target coordination for allied factions, all of those are broken, i personally tested them and tried to fix them with modding and messing with CA files, by it is out of my league, i reported that like three times to CA official forums, but ignored.

The Dynasty faction resource too have a problem with subject annexation once u hit 3 bars, no its not a single castle annexation, its a full empire subject faction annexation, i have played this DLC the moment it was released, and i managed to annex Liu Bei, Cao Cao and Sun Jian using this feature several times before it was broken and disappeared. You used to have the ability to annex a full faction using 400 political influence and 3 bars of dynasty power.

It depends... I use more than 10 mods and everything works with Moh. No bugs thou, even CTD somehow fixed itself.
