anyway if it's grayed out that means they are married
Go to the court/family tree and on the right corner there's a list of factions, just click on them, if you have information on tem, i guess spies or war, you can see it.
And no, by doing that I managed to see their children 16-17 are all unmarried
So i wonder if the treshold for marriage is 18 for girls.
Once you've gotten one or two marriage connections with other family trees, there's a good chance that those are all you're going to get.
If you're playing as Liu Biao and you have two sons and a daughter and you choose to marry one of your sons to Sun Ren, then your family tree and Sun Jian's family tree are now connected.
Everyone on Sun Jian's family tree is marked as a 'distant relative' to everyone on Liu Biao's family tree.
If Sun Jian previously sent Sun Ce or Sun Quan to marry Yuan Shu's daughter, those two family trees will be connected.
And your family tree is also connected to Yuan Shu's through the Distant Relative network.
It's kind of unfortunate, but my 'meta' playstyle doesn't allow for anyone in my family to remain married.
I use diplomatic marriages to take characters into my court, and then pay 1000 for an immediate divorce before any children are produced.
This ensures that I'm able to use diplomatic marriages in the future to continue taking characters I want.
I see, what ruins the game then is distant relative..... The best marriage system in totwla war was on Medieval 2, they should look at that.
BUt, the thing is, I'm not married to anyone in that house, the second generation just come to age so, is there a limit for how old should be?
And how long it takes for distant relatives be gone from a Clan?
@CA Ella
return the marriage system like in Medival 2 no restrictions, please
You are Family A and they are Family B.
If both of you have someone married to Family C, then Family A and Family B are distant relatives.
If Family A married someone to Family C and Family C married someone to Family D and Family B married someone to Family D, then Family A and Family B are still distantly related.
And the more times I type the word 'Family' the weirder it's starting to look to me.
I dunno if there is a 'CA Ella' anymore.
I've never had a game drag on long enough to last multiple generations.
I usually don't even see the first round of babies become playable generals.
This is the first time I see We can explore their family tree from the same panel!!!
In the game, marriage allows for the creation of children that become free new characters after 15 years of game play and have higher loyalty and are eligible for some positions.
You can do this infinetly and for all characters until you run out of gold.
