The Game crashes when I enter a battle

Can any expert here tell me how to avoid game crash when entering battle? It crashes every time when I enter battle.

I have tried a few methods already:

1) Delete "Battle Preference" in App Data
2) Turn off NVIDIA Experience opitmization settings

Please help. Thank you!

Have you tried all the obvious solutions such as validating your game files?

If not then right click on the Game Entry in the Library, select Local Files and click of Verify Local File Integrity. That should eliminate any chance of it being a file corruption.

Also, has it ever worked or has it always crashed?
And Have you installed any Mods?

Hi Didz, thank you for your reply.

Yes I have tried with the "Local File" method already but still didn't work.

It always crashes when I enter into Battle, sometimes may work but 90% of chances that it crashes. It crashes like that even before I installed any mods.

Do you have any other solutions? Thanks!
