Anyone remember Kessen II?
TW3K reminds me a lot of that game, minus the cleavage and magic of course lol.

I preferred Dynasty Tactics but Kessen 2 was odd and yes, quite a bit of fun.

Dynasty Tactics never resonated with me, I think I was too young to appreciate it when I played. Kessen 2, while over the top with some of its characterization... I think the imagery of the battles really did something for me when I was a kid.

Fight me.

Better yet. "I am Motochika Chosokabe, the Lion of Tosa, FIGHT ME!"

The names were backwards in the English version, but still a classic.

Kessen 1 and 2 were great. Kessen 3 not so much.

Koei should do a remaster.

Another decent game is Dynasty Tactics 2.

Doubt this will have the Liu Bei/Cao Cao twist that Kessen II had. But that game was really good, especially in the variation on story/tactics available. Back when cut scenes were something to be excited about.

I did play Kessen I but was probably too young to appreciate it. Just repeatedly cannonade/barrage/charge my enemies rather than strategising.
