Female leader ?
Exist no female faction leader or in a dlc ?

with out a dlc you can only play as the bandit queen

Aside from the bandit queen, the only way to get a female faction leader is to make a female heir, get your leader killed and bam! You got yourself a female faction leader.

Edit: Oh right, Zhurong from the Furious Wild DLC is an option too.

Lady Zhurong is one of the four playable Nanman leaders if you get the Furious Wild DLC.

Like mentioned, in base game there is only Zheng Jiang.
In Furious Wild DLC, there is Zhurong.

If you want a normal Han leader (Zheng Jiang is bandit; and Zhurong is Nanman); you'll either have to assign a female heir, then kill your previous leader; or get the mod that lets your leader abdicate. That said; there aren't very many unique female generals (this ain't koei sadly); unless you're fine with a generic ruler. There are some popular mods that add more (Wukingdaissance, Make them Unique are probably most popular.)

Make Them Unique is a pretty wonderful mod. Adds in a bunch of new characters with art assets that perfectly fit the existing aesthetic of the game - as well as adding in some much-needed diversity. Guan Yinping from MTU might be my favourite female character design across all of gaming.

Yes and no. There are records of a duo of female bandits. One was called Zheng and the other Jiang. However, I'm not sure if Lady Zheng and Lady Jiang were quite as succesful and badass as the game made Zheng Jiang appear.

No they were in a dream of some character, don't remember who. The thing is he dreamed about a snake with legs represented by those two female bandits that were found and executed, the end, no great nothing.

Yup and the dreamer you're talking about was Liu Zhen, who was possibly an ancestor of Liu Bei.

Wait I thought the dream interpreter was in the court of Cao Pi? If this is true then he can't be an ancestor of Liu Bei.

You're right. There are two people named Liu Zhen. Got them mixed up.
