it says I can increase the amount of splendour I get per turn by having family members leading other factions. How do I do this?

1) You put one of your family members as an administrator

2) You press the button which says "Grant family independence" in court

3)Voilà, you are gaining splendour

4) If you want more splendour, repeat!!!
