Overheating in seconds

Hey guys
Just got the game and I am already frustrated with it. Once the campaign starts and we're on the map my GPU goes to 70+ degrees in around 10 seconds. PC shuts down.
2070 Super
I'd like to note that this doesn't happen on any other game.
Yes, my GPU is clean as well.
Vsync is on

Looked at google but there isn't much on there. Is this a bug, bad optimisation? Did anybody get this issue as well?

All steam games seem to run super hot for me. I never figured out why, I just run fans max speed and play for an 1 or 2 hours at a time.

Generally if a computer is overheating, almost 90% or 95% of the time it is hardware related. I’d say clean out your computer, but it sounds like you already did that? You could try turning down some of the graphics settings, but that probably won’t resolve the core issue of your computer overheating. Are your fans working properly? Is your computer getting proper ventilation?

I was running 365 something and then tried the latest, I think it's 371?
1080p

I actually couldn't be bothered with this and refunded the game. It's ok..I just haven't got time to declock my gpu for ONE game and then do another few steps just to play.

The gpu is quite new and I've run many games on it already. Ive never seen it get this hot in seconds on a different game. If it was dirt it wouldn't take 10 seconds to go from 50 to 70c.

My system is fine..
No gpu should overheat in 10 seconds before the fan can even start spinning fully. Anything else?

Not as useless as you are. First of all it's clear that your issues is with your own iron and the fact that you don't even know how to manage game's graphical settings if it's too much for your computer. I bet it's filled with dust.

Did you graduate university at "the most obvious advise I can give because I've no clue what else it can be"?
I said what I've done up top, you can't read they my pc is clean, you can't read that I have declocked my gpu or that I am NOT going to faff around with the game settings because I'm not going to have an inferior experience since the issue isn't on my end and I've refunded. Im not lowering any graphics, period.

Don't need university degree to make diagnose from your comments alone that this is a troll post and if it were serious post you would've just realized that it's about your iron. Optimization is just fine, if it weren't then this would be more wider problem.

There is nothing I can do to help you beside telling you to buy better computer or lower graphics settings.

No, MSI.
And I've just run a Geek3D GPU stress test for 15 minutes. 100% GPU usage and it never overheated.
This game does something, I do not know what.
