Report a translation problem
Make each copied piece about half of the sheet, then just scribble down the English translation normally underneath in smaller text beneath it. You can then transfer those into normal-size written documents afterwards.
In case you're wondering, the name of the settlements in game are based on pinyin (Chinese character pronunciation based on English pronunciation). This site just helps you "reverse engineer" pinyin back into Chinese characters.

Then I know the equivalent name in my language
That why I want to extract everything in Chinese to Excel file and using this tool to translate
