I can build multiple projects in 1 commandary
For some reason I can build multiple buildings in 1 city? I don't have to wait for the other to finish? Is this new?

It's based on the city population amount. The more people you have the more you can build at once.

Thanks, Yeah I just noticed a buff in my province that says I can build 1 more building.

to clarify things a bit more, you can build an additional building for every 1 million the commandery has in population

I thought that was a bug so I decided not to try to build more then one building, didn't know you could build another building for having 1 million population.

Yes, this change was added with patch 1.4 I believe. Pretty good change to add more value to population.
