How to get Qiao sisters?
I am playing as Sun Ce, how do I get the Qiao sisters? No event popup or anything.

190 OR AWB?

AWB = IDK

190 = MAKE SURE SUN JIAN DIES IN THE EVENT (FOLLOW THE STORY) AND MAKE SUN CE FACTION LEADER.

AFTER A FEW TURNS BOTH QIAOS JUST POP UP IN MY NOBLES POOL (ALREADY RECRUITED)

According to my records i unlocked them on the Summer of year 200. The notification will pop up on your screen 'The Two Qiaos'. Elder Qiao offers you his daughters and they will be automatically recruited.

The last legacy mission i completed before unlocking them was in Spring 200 where you take over the Jianye Salt Mine, Copper Mine and Capital. But i don't know if that has anything to do with unlocking the Qiaos.

In the 194 start it's a random event, I've gotten them really late in the game (around 205) and I've also seen them pop up as early as turn 10.
