How Do i Unlock General Titles

The requirements for 'General Who Calms The Waves' are to win a battle with at least 60% of the army ranged units. As you can see i have 10 ranged units, i even won a battle where Diao Chan was the commanding General. What exactly do i need to do, any help is appreciated.

it's a bug. Patch is coming.
