Army upkeep jumps from 1.4k to over 3k in one turn! (Lubu)...Cant work out why its happening but its a crippling jump

No new armies being produced either? is there a buff to start with or something?

there is a buff that lasts 5 or 10 turns, also keep your bar up or you'll get currption debuff that also effects your income, id loot settlements early gameto get income and keep bar up :duranceleft::duranceright: ps if you let liu bei help you also get an income buff for a few turns
