Why can't I unlock Yan Baihu

I payed for the expansion, I payed for romance hero dlc both not 4 hours ago, removed all my mods and this bugger is locked on my screen and when I go to the dl link it is stuck on yes I'm in the game, repeat. this happed to me with Tao as well on the last character dl.

lol I don't see anywhere on the store page to claim anything. I have the game and every expansion. 1.5 verufied.

Had the same problem yesterday as I thought he had already been activated by the patch, turned out I had to manually claim the DLC from the DLC options on the store page then download from there

guys I have problem. I have bought the game key through some website. I don't remember which one but it was for EU. The game is running fine but for some reason I cannot play the 2 free DLC (Tao Qian and The White Tiger) they are both downloaded on my PC but when in game says unlock now. Anyone who knows what to do?
