(BUG)Killed Cao Cao as lu bu but it does not register as a kill for me.

Would like to report a bug. As playing as LU BU in the world betrayed campaign. I killed Cao Cao captured him and executed him(tasty ancillaries). However in the greatest warriors list it say was killed by another general or by natural causes. even if i killed him with Lu Bu.

I think you have to kill him in battle

he died in battle. Only not in a duel with lu bu but by his forces. maybe that is it. however i could not duel Cao Cao as it said he refused. So how do you do this missions?

Also other characters that i autoresolved did work. so i dont understand

If you captured him then he got executed then its probably not a bug if he died on the battlefield its a bug

wel he ''died'' or was wounded by my soldiers so he should be defeated. then i executed him for his sword and steed. its just weird. the other option was to release him. Which playing as lu bu was inlikely in his character. So lu bu(me) executed him.
