Mustering and replenishment
How is it setup in the game?

Mustering does something its part of replenishment. Increase mustering it might increase the replenishment rate. I mean like mustering has its own stat? Yeah what is that stat going off of? Replenishment and mustering are two different things in the game.

Mustering is for freshly recruited units, it determines how long it takes for them to reach full strength.
You lose mustering if you move or enter battle before the unit is full strength.
