Dynasty Mode (!Mods enabled, scores will not be uploaded)

I haven't played the game in some time. Loaded it up to find some new stuff including "Dynasty mode", but I have this message saying:

!Mods enabled, scores will not be uploaded

It is displayed above the START BATTLE button. I don't know how to disable mod/mods which I must have enabled back when the game came out. I tried doing it trough the Mod Manager of the Total War games but it doesn't display anything, there are no mods. I also tried looking in my subscribptions in steam workshop for Three Kingdoms Total War and it is also empty. Can someone please help me?

Got the same issue, no mods enabled in mod manager or workshop but still shows this.

No, never found a solution

Generally this means that you have a trace of some mod somewhere and, iirc, the easiest way to fix leftover mods is to directly delete and uninstall the 3K folder and then reinstall. This should clear out whatever was left.

Best way to check is during main menu check bottom right corner of your screen. If your game is modded there should be build 1.7.1(modded)

Have you guys solved this problem? I have only installed mods from the Steam Workshop; however, this problem occurs on my computer as well. After multiple attempts like reinstalling the game, deleting the 3K folder, and even reinstalling Windows, the problem still exists and bothers me a lot.
