Tao Qian repopulate assaignment
This does not give the 20k increase in population growth. Is this a known bug?

I have not played him yet so I don't know of this assignment. What is it suppose to do?

...exactly what he just said. +20K population growth. Wow. I'll check it out in a sec OP.

EDIT: Working for me. It might not work if you have reduced your Displaced Population to 0 though. It seems to draw population resources from that value in order to resettle them in your commanderies. Therefore, if your DP is 0, your added growth may not function.

Your "displaced population" bar at the top of the screen needs to be filled to 3 bars or more. These are citizens that are looking for a home. Otherwise the assignment won't work.

Works from turn 2 for me. Turn 1, set Mi Zhu and Sun Qian to do the assignment across Pengcheng and Donghai; turn 2, Displaced Population starts dropping and Population Growth starts going up.

I do fullfill all the criteria, but it still dosent work. I do loose 20k of displaced population, but there are no increase in growth for the settlement.

Assuming no mods, send the save file to the devs as a bug report using the SEGA Support pages.
