Looking for tips for "Point Break" Achievement

The achievement is for triggering a civil war in another faction. I know this is done in the spy system but does anyone know exactly how this is done? Like which branch? General, Family or Administrator Actions? And which act needs to be done for it to work? Currently playing as Cao Cao trying to get it

To trigger civil war, you must be adopted as a family member. Then, you have the option to assassinate the Faction Leader. I believe you must be an heir as well or picked as the faction leader after you killed the faction leader.

Once you are the faction leader of the faction, you may trigger a civil war. The civil war is triggered once you attempt to surrender the faction to your master's faction.
