I thought of that too, even though it will mostly be a 'waiting' game that way - waiting for 2 players to finish their turns and battles and all..

lmao thats the thing!! i would love to rage over a mate taking long but you can always set your turn time to 2-5min

I believe the turn time doesn't affect battles though? Waiting for 2 players to finish their battles might be tiresome, not at first since you're so hyped and watching the battles would be epic.

nevertheless, I'm with you.. and would like to see 3 player coop as well.

I just hope that you can do something while you wait your friend to play, at least use diplomacy, that's the most time consuming imo

Diplomacy is a bit problematic as it can be abused in real-time instead of turn-based. Unless your diplomatic decisions and proposals will take into effect in your next turn.

But yes, I like how in Shogun 2 you can recruit and develop your provinces while waiting for your turn.
