"own army" and "this army" seems to mean the same thing as far as I can tell. I'm attributing that one to bad UI design.
"commanded army" also means it applies to the whole army, but only if that general is the commanding general.
And what's the difference between own army and this army?
"Own retinue" means it affects to the 6 units under his command.
"This army" means it affects to all the units in the army regardless of who is the general of the whole army.
"Own army" means it affect to all army as long as he is the General.
not really sure about it but it makes sense to me.
blue - commander general with his units here on slot 1
red - retinue slot 2 (1gen+6unitsMAX)
white - army (3 retinues MAX)
