The Dong and Lu.

I've seen lots of guides about how make LuBu your heir for *other* factions, how do you do it as Dong Zhao? With Dong Ming in the way, when the Big Dong gets killed, he can't become the faction leader.

Could someone assist?
Am I missing something?

Usually see him come to power after Dong Ming is dead so might be able to make him heir once Dong Zhao dies and Ming takes over.

Open the court screen. Select Lu Bu. On the lower left side of the screen is a button that says "Make Heir". This does exactly what you might expect it to do. Note that Dong Min's satisfaction will immediately plummet to 0 upon being removed. Personally, I took his items and then executed him for laughs.

There are a lot guides? I mean i can make him faction leader but he never gets to be part of the family tree. Does has someone a solution for that?

Adopt him, go to family tree and do it.

Adopt him how? I mean as the Dong okey, but it's not possible in other factions like Liu Biao or so. That's my question. I stole Lü Bu as Ma Teng, made him heir but he never appeared in the family tree even after he became Faction leader.

If you're playing as Dong Zhuo, just follow the "historical" decisions in the events. This ultimately causes Lu Bu to murder Dong Zhuo and usurp his position.

I know but i want him to take over another faction since i am annoyed by the infamy stuff and the entire han empire as vasall...

make sure your in the family tree tab to adopt generals to the family. Never had that issue adopting. In regards to Dong Min either execute, release or marry him off to a faction.

I tried again and i can adopt other characters but not Lü Bu as Ma Teng or Liu Biao. I guess it might have to do with the fact that he is already adopted by Dong Zhuo and can't be adopted again? Because right now i don't see him to become part of another family. Or has one of the starting factions a daughter that is in marrying age?

So the first thing you have to do, is have a female, adopted into your family. Or a wife you've divorced.

Then you need to make a diplomacy deal with The Dong, and "receive marriage" into your family, receiving Lu Bu, and marrying him to that female/wife.

You can now make him your heir.

Then you kill off your faction leader (if you so desire) and he's the leader.

I got a problem, I think Lu Bu is Eunuch, He became faction leader after Dong Zhuo dead and married with Diao Chan, But somehow there is no child from them at all even his relationship with Diao Chan is good,
