Move into a city where you get ++ replenishment rate.

Some commander traits give extra replenishment when you level up your general. But if you have low population it takes longer for your troops to muster. So im betting you have low population in your territory. Capture bigger towns and grow your pop in current towns

It takes me like 3 or 4 turns to remuster my troops up atm. I guess as the bandit queen you dont start out with a nice juicy city

You need to use assignments and administrators to boost population, or directly increase replenishment, among other things. There is a reason Bandit Queen has a "very hard" start.

pretty much this. There are also assignments, buildings, reforms and ancillaries that can all increase your replenishment :)

That's always the trick of Total War games: There's a lot of resources to manage, and you've gotta make sure you know which ones you're short on and how to improve your situation there. Glad to hear it's working out for you now. :)

Yeah I've been playing total war games for a while now and completely agree they all kinda have the same mechanics but work different in every game.
