How to change screen resolution outside of the game? [Solved]

my screen is out of range because resolution problem. how to run the game in window mode or custom it resolution?

I think I had the same problem. I updated my graphics driver and everything fit in the screen again.

In preference, Run > Appdata, Roaming, the Creative Assembly > 3K > scipts > preferenc.txt

I just checked. Now it is named preferences.script.txt
You can search for it or look for it in the folder C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\ThreeKingdoms\scripts
