Keyboard stops working... (CORSAIR K70)

Hello fellas!

I've managed to pinpoint my issue to this game, for some odd reason. Whenever I play Total war, for around a minimum of 45 mins, my keyboard seems to just stop working for some reason. If I unplug and plug it back in, nothing. Restart of computer, nothing. If I turn of my computer for some hours and then come back, it works fine. But as soon as im getting some gametime in the game, same issue occurs.

I've been reinstalling my drivers, but im now out of thought of things to do. Does anyone else have the same issues? Or is it just a weird coincidence my keyboard always stops working when I play Total War?

Hmm. In a similar situation, i once smashed my keyboard and it caused a short circuit. This closed off the entire usb group from the motherboard. Luckily my motherboard has security that shuts down the entire usb group once over voltage is measured. A simple restart also wasnt enough to make the usb ports work again. I had to unplug it, then restart and check bios if the usb group is connected

Ive managed to conclude that it seems only to be during battles in MP this issue occurs...

If you are saying that I should change keyboard, then yes im about to get a new one over warranty. But it's so weird that it only occurs in this game

Not sure if its the game but that seemed to be a notorious problem with Corsair RGB keyboards. I have K55 and had this same issue months ago, and when it did happen, pretty much disabled any keyboard I tried to use after, like whatever it had done just shuts down the USB controller. Installing their Cue software helped to a degree, in the end, it only stopped when I upgraded my system and installed windows 10 from scratch with the keyboard installed from the very beginning.

Thats weird, my system is brand new and all. If I plug in my old keyboard, a razer, that one works perfectly. My friend that I play with have the same keyboard, not the same issue tho. And for as far as I know, this is strictly for MP Campaign Battles so far.
