Reforms - what do you think are the best ones to get early on?
As the title says.

Well right now the Food ones, and diplomacy trade ones. Selling food is a must have to get the edge over the cheating AI.

Peasantry, I always start with this so you can gain food for trade and it unlocks Azure Dragons so And they are imo the best units in the game...

Ai handles their food like a spastic. Selling food for Liu Bei is almost always a good way to get rich because he never gets farmsteads or livestock estates.

Everything that gives increased income, more money gives more buildings and more military

Generally, trade, pop growth and (with most factions) public order are very nice to have early. With Sun Jian it's also worthwhile to consider the military branch as it provides the extremely usefull 10 % replenishment.

Green is useful as you're going to need a lot of food to upgrade cities and also to sell.
The gold ones are useful for income and reduction to corruption.
Purple is useful for getting at industry reforms.

Food first, you can sell food to those who have poor food income to earn extra cash. After that red and gold because I expand aggressively and I need income and order, any benefits using blue. It seems more diplomatic?
