How to change to Chinese language interface?

I tried to look into setting but most I can set is vocal, is there a way to change this game to chinese edition?

Options/Audio tick the boxes that say Chinese, hit confirm, Restart game.

Try right clicking on the game in your steam library, chose properties, then there should be a language tab for you to change game language
