How to shut up the narrator?

Is there any way to shut up the narrator? Getting annoyed by her whenever I load up a game, or start a new game and I am just trying to look at the character's info. Or shut up the characters in the loading screen before a battle?

They just say the same thing over and over. Get annoying after you hear it for the first 10 times, and now that I have played through like 2-3 campaigns like holy hell its annoying.

Also why does the speech audio slider only go from 40%-100%? Why isn't 0%-100%?

Yes, annoying. I would like to,set it to 0% to eliminate the voiceovers and narrator. Hearing it the first time was ok, but that was more than enough.

Press Escape. Hold shift and type /narrator_shutthe****up

The English lady narrator is so annoying that I put on Chinese voiceovers, and I really really do not like the sound of Chinese. That's how bad she is. She has horrible "youtube voice," where she overemphasizes vowels and draws them out too much.

Try ALT + F4
On serious note, I think you can just remove ingame voices from options.

Best way is a shotgun slug to the head... but yeah you can't because the game doesn't let you turn off the voice option. The slider literally only lets you go down to 40% not 0%. Damn CA trolling us.

I haven't tried yet, but can't you access the note file? At least in past games you could modify game's option by editing it. Could even do things that options didn't allow.
