I found that watching the series significantly enhanced my enjoyment of the game. I would advise anybody starting TW:3K to watch it. It's very good and very relevant.
Indeed. It can kill at 100 paces by itself, no sword required.
Ps:Have not seen the series but i've seen the scene you are talking about that laugh has been burned into my head forever now this is why china will become the dominate empire through the power of laughs.
Have Keanu Reaves play Liu Bei, Jacky Chan as Yuan Shu, Jet Li as Yuan Shao, Olivia Munn as Sun Ren, etc
The seriousness of them adds a whole new layer of comedy sometimes makes it feel surreal too like with apocalypse now or predator it's become a trope of it's own
i mean I actually enjoyed some of the bay transformers movies due to this aspect.
but i am guessing people are thinking "game of throne" type of deal. i just don't see a-list star doing 4 to 5 season show, it is a long time to commit and with their pay grade... i think the best u can get is someone like john cho.
keanu reeves may sign with marvel so he is booked. but reeves does do oddball low budget work if he like it. i glad he did cyberpunk but he is a rarity. :D
Harold & Kumar go to 3 Kingdoms !
