The Blue Blade
So I just received this legendary weapon and uit states "-50% Armor" with a red icon.

Does this really reduce MY armor? Wtf this blade feels useless with such an attribute.

Apparently so. There are a few items that do that, like Dong Zhuo's unique weapon.
I suppose it would be a good weapon for a sentinel or commander? Better have some darn good stats though.

Its the Blade of Zhao Yun. He took it from one of his enemies (i think it was a xiahou clan member). It was one of the finest blades at that time. He wielded it ever since.

So it would make sense for sentinels, or anyone with really high evasion.
