Duchy of Wei = Wei GongGuo魏公國
Kingdoms of Shu-Han = Shu-Han WangGuo 蜀漢王國
Kingdom = Wáng Guó王國
Duchy = Gōng Guó公國
Emperor = Huáng Dì皇帝
Dynasty = Wáng Cháo王朝
Warlord = Jūn Fá軍閥
Empire = Dì Guó帝國

Here is another thing you should be aware, traditionally Chinese imperial governments, noblemen and officials would simply address all regional kingdoms below imperial government as “封地名稱+國(Regional Title + Kingdom)” in Chinese, such as 魏國Wei Kingdom, 吳國Wu Kingdom, 蜀國Shu Kingdom, not directly put nobility ranks in their kingdoms’ names (such as XX公國、XX王國、XX侯國…etc.) Imperial government may address these kingdoms' nobility ranks in imperial documents, edicts and historical records in order to show their administrative natures, but they usually would not put it on their official names directly, Chinese common folks seldom call them like that either. Just "Regional title + Kingdom".
