Horse Event? Spoilers

So what's the outcome of the dilu the horse event? The one where your advisors say that the horse is cursed? I don't care about spoilers, I've not taken it out of suspicion but I am curious about whether it is cursed or not.

It doesn't seem to be overpowered enough to justify being bad to take

there's no outcome, its just a cliché to original story...
this horse Dilu 的盧 is a character of it, its the pet of Liu bei, it said to have bad luck and put to death his previous master, ...its an horse of character and its believed that their master will pay the price for own a so exceptionnal horse.
but liu bei didnt care of it and in the end was emperor, and the horse saved him at Tan river to escape soldiers.

A bad omen and strange fog for gongsun zan many turns after. I doubt it means anything.

Pang Tong rode it during the invasion of the Chengdu region. He was ambushed by a common bandit in service to Liu Zhang and killed.

Also it probably counts towards creating a Superstitious trait which certain other characters will disapprove of.

I think in this game it starts off a series of 5 events that lead to you getting a great strategist named kong ming Zhuge liang in game.
The first event you are bemire in the river and you meet with water mirror who introduces xu zhou? if I remember correctly. You gain a strategist named sgh you.
A year or so later that same strategist will ask to leave you... to go save his mother from cao cao that kidnapped her (if you have already defeated cao cao the event still triggers but you don't loose the character) If you accept then you loose the character but he tells you where to find the sleeping dragon (kong ming).
a year or so later the 3 visits event starts, if you follow the story in them you get the sleeping dragon that is a level 7 strategist with the unique ability to increase army speed facton wide 10 % if prime minister, heir or faction leader.
Pang tong (the fledging phoenix also joins 1 year later not sure if the events are related.

I had an event as Gongsun Zan with that horse where bandits set upon me and the horse saved me by jumping over a river no other horse could have done.... And thats really the only thing the Horse has done for me to date....

I was worried myself about taking it out myself, but nothing bad so far. I took it out with an average commander i was willing to loose if anything, and so far so good. I haven't gotten any of the "events" listed by the others, but I am playing as Cao Cao and gave Dilu horse to his starting wife - made her faction heir as I leveled her up and wanted to max her Authority to improved faction satisfaction.

Maybe as she is female nothing triggered or I didn't use it with her long enough before retiring her to assignment duty. I am going to give it to another character, and I will get back to you. If I don't respond in a week then consider it all good - no news is good news as the saying goes.

I think it just enables an event later on that gives you exp. The thing about the horse being cursed and your advisors ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ their pants is just flavor text explaining the lore of the horse.
