Cant progress cant repair.

ok started the game followed tutorial. it said to continue research and such.. i was working on when all of a sudden a raid came and nearly destroyed everything? i repair the 2 wood harvest by hitting the hammer.... but they never repair it. and i removed workers from every other building. and still nothing. now 2nd attack destroyed last 2 building i had.... i had 4 ninjas which it says are hiding "they never came back" and no way to repair. not a good start here.
