Feedback and suggestions after one playthrough
Hello,

Just completed what is available in one playthrough, it feels a little short at the moment although fun to play, but I have hope that there will be some kind of story campaign or something to keep the game interesting longer.
Here is my feedback so far.

- It is possible to get stuck on a map if you get raided and they do dmg to all your lumber producing buildings and you dont have enough lumber to repair one back.
Quick fix for this is that they keep producing lumber at a lower income when damaged.
- Early building it seems way too important to mass up on lumber buildings as this is the key materials for all buildings, and you will be building allot.
- Late game it becomes a rince repeat of hiring new ninjas, train them up in all basic stats then specialized, send them on diamon missions, make gold gear, reinforce other towns, and send maxed ninjas off to the campaign.
It would be nice if some of these elements could be streamlined.

What I would like to recommend for enhancements are the following: (Make some a research option to unlock?)
- Hotkey for moving buildings.
- Swap buildings if there is room to place the new building.
- Auto train new ninjas, also start specialization training based on what they were hired with as a base stat. So if you hire an attacking ninja, he will train all until done then start to specialize training for attack.
- Auto match ninjas for missions, for optimal success and no death chance.
- Auto queue for new missions, say I need to farm diamonds. When new diamond missions appear it will send ninjas for me automatically.
- Auto-craft new gear, say I set a limit for 10 of gold weapons. It will then try to craft until 10 is reached, it would be optimal if it could keep a set(Gold gear for example) as evenly matched in numbers. So it alternates crafting gold gear to equip a full set to a ninja: Helm -> Weapon -> Amor > Boots -> Rince repeat.
- Ninjas are a little too expendable right now, one death doesn't mean that much.
If you have a deeper leveling mechanism, hero units or special equipment it would be really interesting for a longer period.
- More ninja stats! :) Make it a RPG part of leveling up, gaining stats and skills. And Hit Points!
- Missions also needs to be a little more about maching the 4 different stats, different goals and rewards, special equipment, blueprints for gear/buildings, skill/stat scrols, boss encounters that might need several tries to wear down.
- Other Factions you compete against, ninjas, samurais, monsters etc.
- Raids are a nice idea, but not fully realized. 3-4 towers seems to fend off any raid and it is the same one over and over. Here you could have:
* Monsters or other factions attacking if you anger them.
* Bandits don't attack you over and over again if they cannot even get away with any loot.
* Specific building, objective, item they are after
* More structures to build that defend against high level raids, like reinforced Towers/Walls/Structures, gate, moats, spikes and traps etc.

Keep up the good work :)

I'm totally agree with Fuzzy about hotkeys. After expanding the territory it's not really convenient to move mouse and click several times.
I'd also like to suggest put checkbox in the settings menu about scroll behaviour. I'd like to have an option to toggle smooth scrolling. I got use to "strict" map movement.

Thank you anyway. Keep it going )

Has been a nice summary. But perhaps not too much auto actions. this shouldn't become an idle game :-D
